York Eagles 2023/24 League Entries

York Eagles Basketball Club is delighted to confirm the teams that will be entered into the 2023/24 Basketball England Junior National League Structure.

As we are in the off-season, preparations are underway with players with their respective new teammates and coaches, putting in hard work to make sure everyone is ready for the season start.

For the first time in the club’s 15-year history, our U16s and U18s will be playing at the highest level as juniors as they enter the Jr NBL Northern Prem.

York Eagles Coach & Development Officer, Tyler Paton-Pottage is really looking forward to the prospect of having big things happen next season and the club’s continuing upwards growth:

“The club is 15 years old this year, and now we are breaking new boundaries as a club, having 10 teams play competitive Basketball, including two Prem teams, which is really exciting for the club. The club is heading in the right direction, we have seen numbers of players at an all-time high so, for players that are selected to play at the regional or national level, we have high expectations of them to do better and that the club is still showing that we ultimately provide a fantastic opportunity for young players to grow through as a team and an individual through York Eagles.”
